Duration: 16 Days
Route: Chengdu - Bifengxia - Chengdu - China Attractions: Chengdu Panda Base, Bifengxia Panda Base, volunteering in Bifengxia. Then come back to Chengdu, visit Wangjiang Bamboo Park, Wenshu Temple, shopping. Itinerary Day 01: arrived in Chengdu Arrive in Chengdu where is the jumping-off point for the tour. You can ordain the first day by yourself. Also you can take a relaxation in the hotel and enjoy Chengdu's night piece. (D) Day 02: Chengdu-Bifengxia Firstly, we will go to Chengdu Panda Base meet the beloved giant panda. Then have a lunch and taste appetizing Sichuan food. After that visit Wenshu Temple and Wenshu Old Street, where you can acquaint yourself with Chinese traditional culture. At about 16:00 we'll drive to Bifengxia Panda Base (150 km from Chengdu). It takes about 3 hours to get to Bifengxia. it will cost 3 hours. Firstly we will check in Hotel, then walk to Panda Base for procedure of volunteering work. Overnight in Bifengxia. (B/L/D)
Day 03 - Day 14: Volunteering
in Bifengxia Day 15: Bifengxia - Chengdu The time in the morning is free. You can arrange it as you like. After have a lunch in Bifengxia, We will go back to Chengdu. And spend night in Chengdu. (B/L/D)
Day 16: Chengdu Today we will have a Visit to Chengdu's Wangjiang Bamboo Park. Bamboo is panda's favorite, but different kinds of bamboos planted in park is not for food but for view. Wenshu Temple is another destination, where is a famous Buddha temple in China. At the same time we will do some shopping. After lunch go to airport. Then all services ends. (B/L)

Notice: this 3 * hotel lies in Bifengxia tour center, out of Bifengxia Panda Base, 3.5KM. from hotel to Panda Base by green bus: RMB10/per time, or by privat car: RMB10-20/per time Notice:
1. All volunteers must obey the regulation of this Researching Center and China's Law, and working directed by leaders and scientist of this Researching Center. 2. Prices are valid until May, 2007, but may vary according to your travel time and tour availability (e.g.: Chinese holiday periods: April 30th - May 7th, Sep 30th to Oct 7th, and Chinese New Year period which usually falls in January.
