Itinerary
Day 01: arrived in Chengdu, free, overnight in Chengdu (D)
Day 02: drive to Wolong(143KM), and visit Dujiangyan Irrigation System on
the road, overnight in Wolong (B/L/D)
Day 03: drive to Panda Valley, hike up about 2-3 hours, then GPS track trace wild panda in Wild Enclosure under the assistance and guidance of local expert with GPS, then walk back down to Wolong, overnight in Wolong (B/L/D) Day 04: visit Giant Panda Enclosure and Ecology Museum (Giant Panda Museum) , overnight in Wolong (B/L/D)
Day 05: drive back to Chengdu(143KM), visit Chengdu Panda Base, overnight in Chengdu (B/L/D)
Day 06: visit Wangjiang Bamboo Park, Weshu Templ; shopping, after lunch to airport (B/L)
Quotation (In USD, per person, basis of 2persons share one standard room):
Included: meals, transportation and transfers, accommodation 2 or 4 stars hotel, entry fee for sightseeing, English speaking guide service, GPS panda tracking fee and permit, assistance and guidance of local expert for tracking wild pandas with GPS, tour body insurance.
Excluded: any other service not included above, tip for guide and driver. Notice:
1. All volunteers must obey the regulation of this Researching Center and China's Law, and working directed by leaders and scientist of this Researching Center. 2. Prices are valid until May, 2007, but may vary according to your travel time and tour availability (e.g.: Chinese holiday periods: April 30th - May 7th, Sep 30th to Oct 7th, and Chinese New Year period which usually falls in January. In 2007 Chinese New Year will be from Feb 18th to Feb 24th. this time the quotation for must be more 30%). 3. The package can be arranged without hotel reservations.
