Duration: 1 Day
Route: Chengdu- Leshan -China Attractions: Leshan Buddha, Linyun Temple, Emeishan, Huazang Temple. Itinerary Day 01: Chengdu - Leshan We will drive to Leshan. It will cost about 2 hours. Then visit Leshan Buddha, which is about 233 feet high and also is the biggest Buddha stone carved status in the world. Facing the river, the Buddha has symmetrical posture and looks which have been beautifully captured in its solemn stillness. Follow it we go on to visit Lingyun Temple. Then have lunch. After that take a boat to see the giant Buddha. Lastly, go to Emeishan, and overnight in Emeishan. (L/D)
Day 02: Emei In Emeishan we will go to Golden Summit (1.3 hours), walk 2 km (about cost 40 minutes) to cable car station. Then take it to the top, where situated two temples (the friendly Woyun Nunnery and the large HUazang Temple) and thousands of padlocks inscribed with couples' names to symbolize eternal love. We will visit Huazang Temple after lunch. And see the cloud sea if it possible. (B/L)
